Blaise Domtchouang has extensive work experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Blaise started their career in 2006 as a Hinterland Coordinator at Maersk Cameroon, and later worked as a Logistics Import Supervisor at Maersk Cameroon SA. Blaise then joined DAMCO Cameroon S.A. as a Customer Service Manager and later became the Operations Manager at DAMCO.

In 2011, they joined APM Terminals as a Managing Director, and in 2012, they took on the role of Operation and Business Development Manager at DAMCO Chad. Blaise then served as the Owner's Representative and Head of Operations in Cameroon, Chad, and CAR.

Blaise Domtchouang joined A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2017 as the Area Head of VAS for the Central Africa Area. Blaise later became the Managing Director for Cameroon, Chad, C.A.R, and Congo, where they were responsible for overall business development and P&L management. Blaise also held the position of Southern West Africa Area Head of Delivery and Area Head of Product Management.

In 2020, Blaise Domtchouang joined Maersk Logistics and Services Cameroun S.A. as the Managing Director, and also served as the Managing Director at APM Terminals.

Blaise Domtchouang obtained a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Douala, studying from 2000 to 2005.
