Iza Canlapan is an experienced Accounts Executive with a robust background in financial management across various sectors. Since August 2020, Iza has been with APM Property Management Pte Ltd, overseeing full sets of accounts for commercial and office buildings, as well as managing general ledger functions and accounts receivable responsibilities. Prior to this role, Iza worked at Colliers International and Knight Frank Singapore, handling multiple client accounts, monthly financial closures, and statutory audits. Earlier experience includes positions at Sa Sa Cosmetic Co. and SM Supermalls, with responsibilities ranging from sales reporting to inventory management. Iza holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Accounting from Holy Angel University.
