Dr. Pascal Engel is an accomplished professional serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Member of the Management Board at Apleona Group since April 2019, where Dr. Pascal also leads Operational Efficiency initiatives. Prior to joining Apleona Group, Dr. Engel was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from 2008 to 2019. Academically, Dr. Engel holds a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim and a Doctorate in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, specializing in family businesses. Additionally, educational experiences at the University of Florida complement Dr. Engel's extensive expertise in organizational transformation and operational efficiency.
