Ivan C. serves as the Global Head of Process Improvement and Innovation at APL Logistics since April 2012, with a focus on enhancing the yield of the Asia Contract logistics portfolio, driving innovation, and leading process improvement projects. Ivan has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held various senior roles including Senior Director of Supply Chain Solutions for Greater Asia and Director of Supply Chain Engineering in the Asia Pacific. Prior roles include Senior Regional Manager at APL, Regional Manager at Neptune Orient Lines, Costing Manager at Philips Domestic Appliances, and Industrial Engineer at multiple companies including DHL Express and Infineon Technologies. Ivan holds an Honours degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Merit degree in Quality Assurance Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
