Xavi Llordella Villaró has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

Xavi started working as a Sys Admin at Agile Content, S.A. in February 2016, where they were responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining both Frontend and Backend infrastructures for high-traffic websites. Xavi worked with technologies such as Linux, Varnish, Apache, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, Tomcat, Puppet, CDN, and monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, Kibana, Stagemonitor, Collectd, and ElasticSearch. Xavi worked in this role until October 2017.

From November 2017 to October 2019, they served as the CTO & FullStack Developer at Skingdom. Xavi'smain responsibility was developing the web application using React and Redux technologies to provide the best user experience for customers. Skingdom aimed to be the international reference in beauty coaching, offering personalized product recommendations based on each user's skin type.

In April 2019, Xavi Llordella Villaró joined Essive as the CTO. Xavi held this position until March 2022, overseeing the technical aspects of the company's operations.

In November 2019, they co-founded GameSquare and served as the Co-Founder & Frontend Lead. Xavi contributed to the company's development and led frontend-related projects until April 2022.

Xavi Llordella Villaró began their education by completing their Educacion Secundària Obligatoria (ES0) at Escola Arrels Secundària in Solsona from 2006 to 2010. Xavi then pursued a Batxillerat degree with a specialization in Modelitat tecnològica at the same school from 2010 to 2012.

Seeking further education in the field of computer engineering, Xavi enrolled at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2012 to 2016. During this period, they successfully earned a degree in Ingeniero de sistemas TIC, specializing in Ingeniería informática.

As a part of their academic journey, Xavi also participated in an Erasmus+ program and studied at the University of Liège from 2015 to 2016. Xavi spent this time completing the final year of their Ingeniería informática degree.

To broaden their expertise in mobile application development, Xavi pursued a Màster de desenvolupament d'aplicacions per a dispositius mòbils at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2016 to 2018. This program equipped him with skills in Programming informàtica and aplicacions específiques.
