Brian Hendrix has over 40 years of work experience. Brian started their career in 1979 as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, serving until 1986. Brian then worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Stephens Memorial Hospital from 1986 to 1987. After that, Brian worked as a Senior Application Specialist at ADAC Laboratories from 1987 to 1989. Brian then transitioned to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they worked as a Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist from 1989 to 1994. Following this, they joined Ascension as a Senior Technical Engineer in 1994 and remained there until 2020. In 2020, Brian joined iVision as a Senior Linux Engineer, specializing in Hybrid Cloud. Brian worked there until 2022 and is currently employed at apiphani as a Senior Linux Engineer. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in Linux engineering and has been recognized as a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Brian Hendrix's education history begins in 1975 at Northwest Florida State College, where they pursued a two-year program in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General, and completed it in 1977. Brian then went on to attend the Community College of the Air Force from 1979 to 1982, focusing on Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer, but did not obtain a degree during this period. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Radiology / Nuclear Medicine from 1982 to 1986 at the same institution, specializing in Nuclear Medical Technology/Technologist.
Brian Hendrix has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1980, they earned the RT(R)(ARRT) - Radiography certification from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), followed by the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 1984. In 1985, they attained the Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), as well as the RT(N)(ARRT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology certification from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
More recently, Brian Hendrix has earned certifications in the technology field. In 2020, they became a LogicMonitor Certified Associate and a LogicMonitor Certified Professional through LogicMonitor, Inc. In 2021, they obtained the Google Cloud Essentials certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost and again obtained the LogicMonitor Certified Professional certification from LogicMonitor.
