Sheldon Bobby has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sheldon started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Executive at Aditya Birla Minacs, where they worked in various teams, including Retention, Complaint, and Escalation, to provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

In 2013, Sheldon joined Collabera as an Accounts Receivable professional. Sheldon was responsible for recording and verifying customer payments, updating receivables, and managing transactions.

After that, in 2015, Sheldon transitioned into the field of Talent Acquisition at Apidel Technologies. Sheldon started as a Technical Recruiter, identifying suitable candidates for specific positions, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts. Sheldon later took on the role of Senior Technical Recruiter, where they further developed their skills in candidate evaluation and selection.

In 2017, Sheldon was promoted to the position of Recruitment Lead at Apidel Technologies. In this role, they managed a team, motivated team members, and assessed their performance. Sheldon also provided support to management in hiring and training processes.

Sheldon continued to progress in their career at Apidel Technologies and assumed the role of Recruitment Manager in 2019. Sheldon worked closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes. Sheldon also implemented new sourcing methods and reported on the team's performance.

In addition to their formal education, Sheldon Bobby has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, both from the Federation of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises of India (MSME). Sheldon further enhanced their professional skills by completing Leadership Development Training from Apidel Technologies in December 2021. In 2022, they attended the Apidel Leadership Workshop. Recently, in 2023, they completed the Management Skills - Team Leadership Skills Masterclass from Udemy.
