Aadit Gandhi is currently an advisor at Apideck, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they were an associate at Morgan Stanley from July 2019 to June 2021, and before that, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Banq from March 2019 to July 2019. From June 2018 to December 2018, they worked as an off-cycle investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. From June 2017 to August 2017, they worked as an investment banking summer analyst at Credit Suisse. From September 2015 to May 2018, they served as the president of the Bocconi Student Finance Society. Aadit is also a managing partner and co-founder of Sight - Impact Brand, a position they have held since March 2015.

Aadit Gandhi pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi. Aadit then went on to study Business Analytics at The Wharton School. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate + CIE IGCSE from Antwerp International School. Aadit also has a Leadership in the Business World (Summer Program) certification from The Wharton School in Business and Management. In addition, they hold Certificates in Accounting Analytics, Operations Analytics, Customer Analytics, and People Analytics from Coursera.
