Frederic Tausch has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Frederic held the role of IdeenExpo-Ambassador at IdeenExpo GmbH from December 2012 to September 2013. Frederic then worked as a Student Research Assistant at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from October 2016 to February 2017. Following that, they worked at Daimler AG as a Working Student: Product Innovation from February 2017 to May 2017. In the same year, they served as a Deep Learning Infrastructure Engineer at understand.ai from April 2017 to May 2017, and later as a Full-stack Developer from October 2017 to July 2018. In 2017, Frederic also worked as a DAAD Research Intern at the National Institute of Informatics, participating in a joint cooperation project on engineering smart data. In 2016, they became a Board Member and member of the advisory council at PionierGarage, a role they held until March 2020. Most recently, starting from May 2018, Frederic is the Co-Founder & CTO of apic.ai, where the company focuses on the preservation of biological diversity. Additionally, in 2017, Frederic was a Kairos Fellow at Kairos, an invite-only incubator that brings entrepreneurs together.
