John Gross has vast experience in managing equipment related services globally, overseeing logistics and shipping departments, supporting Quality audits, providing technical support, managing inventory, and assisting with building management and local IT support. Previously, John also managed calibration, repair, and rental services at API Services. John graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
