Laila Natiq is a Senior Specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation, Quality Systems and Analytics with the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) since December 2020, where responsibilities include developing evaluation systems for global health programs and serving as Lead Learning Partner for new hires. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Consultant for Afghanistan-based NGOs, and as Quality Improvement Team Leader at Jhpiego, leading significant efforts to improve maternal and child health in Afghanistan. Laila has also held advisory and consulting roles with Management Sciences for Health, Silk Route Training and Research Organization, and Futures Group International/Palladium, focusing on policy development and technical assistance. Laila's academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Health Policy and Management from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Medical Doctor degree from Kabul Medical University.
