Jocelyn Isadore serves as the Professional Development Manager at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) since August 2007, focusing on initiatives related to the Global Health Security Agenda and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Isadore leads the development and implementation of the Global Laboratory Leadership Programme in collaboration with prominent international organizations. Previous roles include program planning and development consultant for the Society for Neuroscience, program manager for the International Society for Infectious Diseases, and as a senior public health advisor for emergency preparedness programs in American Samoa and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Isadore has extensive experience in infectious disease epidemiology, having held positions at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, including morbidity coordinator and grant coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech.
