Michelle Denis-Gay has extensive experience in the field of healthcare and service management for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Directrice Régionale at APF France Handicap since September 2017, Michelle has held a key role at the Association des Paralysés de France since December 2014, focusing on regional service offerings in Poitou-Charentes Limousin. Prior to these positions, Michelle was the Directrice at CNISAM and an associate professor, contributing to the development of innovative services in health and autonomy for the elderly and disabled. Michelle also held the role of Directrice des services at CRMA du Limousin from July 2012 to July 2013. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School and a Doctorate in Molecular Biology from Université de Limoges, Michelle combines academic knowledge with practical leadership in service delivery.
