Gladys Coindeau has extensive experience in management roles within the healthcare and social services sectors. Currently serving as Adjointe de direction at APF France handicap since July 2022, Gladys previously held the same title at ORPEA - CLINEA from November 2018 to May 2022. Additionally, Gladys completed an internship in direction at Pôle Gérontologique Le Petit Trianon where a project for five services was developed. Other relevant internships include evaluations of social projects and recruitment tasks at various healthcare institutions. Gladys holds a Master 2 in Management des Organisations Médicales et Médico-Sociales and a Master 1 in Santé Publique from Institut de santé publique, d'épidémiologie et de développement, as well as further degrees in public health and social management.
