Harshavardhan Parvatikar has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2004 as an Engineering Trainee at AppLabs, they then worked as a Senior Engineer at MindTree Ltd. In 2006, Harshavardhan joined Optimum Solutions (S) Pte Ltd, Singapore as a Senior Consultant. Harshavardhan then moved on to Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2009, where they served as a Senior Associate and gained experience in project management, coordination, and automation. In 2014, Harshavardhan joined Nalashaa Solutions as a Team Lead, focusing on Agile project management and JIRA administration. Harshavardhan then joined J.P. Morgan in 2015 as an AVP, before moving on to Tensor labs pvt ltd in 2017 as an Independent Consultant, working on developing an AI Bot for surveillance. In 2018, they became the Technical Director at Tensor labs pvt limited. Currently, Harshavardhan works as a Solution Architect - Advance Analytics & AI at Apexon, where they are responsible for driving end-to-end AI initiatives and architecture designing of AI ML solutions.

Harshavardhan Parvatikar began their education in 1991 at SSHS Bagalkot, where they pursued their SSLC degree until 1994. Harshavardhan then attended BVVS Bagalkot from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued their PUC degree with a focus on science. In 1996, Harshavardhan enrolled at BEC Bagalkot and completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.
