Mallory Gehrig, SHRM-CP, has been serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Apex Tool Group, LLC since July 2022, where responsibilities include acting as the primary HR Business Partner for various teams and developing a comprehensive leave guide for employees. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator, where Mallory collaborated with Talent Acquisition and managed onboarding processes for new hires. Mallory's background also encompasses a Management Trainee Intern role at Enterprise, focused on inventory management and customer satisfaction, as well as various positions at Crystal Lake Country Club, including Honor Caddie and Golf Shop Attendant. In addition, Mallory contributed as Assistant Director of New Scholars at Miami University Evans Scholarship House, mentoring freshman students, and was set to intern at Reyes Beer Division before the 2020 program was canceled due to COVID-19. Mallory holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Human Capital Management from Miami University.
