Phelix Perine is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in healthcare IT and program management. Currently serving as a PACS Analyst for Apex Systems since October 2023, Perine also holds a position as an IT Specialist/Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which began in May 2020.
