Steven McCarty serves as the Chief People Officer at Apex Service Partners, where the focus is on supporting technicians and leaders in a growing firm within the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services industry. Prior roles include HR Executive Consultant for 501HR, LLC, and Vice President of Talent Development at Enterprise Holdings, Inc., where significant growth was achieved during their tenure. Additionally, Steven held the position of Vice President of Field Human Resources at Enterprise Holdings, overseeing several regions and a large employee base. Early in their career, Steven managed corporate human resources at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and served on the board of Lite for Life. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree from Monmouth University.
