Shaesta Hayat is an experienced professional in customer experience solutions, currently serving as Principal CX Solutions Architect at Apex IT since October 2018, after previously holding the role of Senior CX Solutions Architect. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Hitachi Consulting, where Shaesta Hayat advanced from Consultant to Manager of Consulting Services, specializing in customer experience. Earlier in the career, Shaesta Hayat worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at MARCH. Shaesta Hayat holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, obtained in 2005.
