Barbara Walker, BSN, RN, PHN is the Vice President Population Health Operations at Apex Health Solutions. Previously, Barbara held leadership positions at Aetna, Humana, and UnitedHealth Group, where Barbara oversaw utilization management operations, clinical programs, and medical management for large populations. Barbara has extensive experience in improving clinical compliance, implementing new care models, and integrating technology to enhance operational efficiencies. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University.
