Jacqueline Smerdel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer support, management, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Apex Evaluation since August 2022, Smerdel assists providers in addressing mental and physical health needs through technology and training. As the President and CEO of Seeker GPS, Inc. since January 2019, Smerdel provides enhanced services across various industries. Previous experience includes roles at Sentinel Offender Services, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from Product Manager to Help Desk Supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills. Smerdel has also taught music and guitar theory as a private instructor since February 2002, alongside various educational roles in schools.
