Kenny Chernauskas, CPA, has extensive experience in corporate finance, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Apex Clean Energy since December 2013, with a progressive advancement through roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Finance. Prior to this, Kenny held positions as Assistant Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, and Project Accountant. Experience also includes a tenure as Senior Accountant at Dominion from September 2010 to December 2013 and as an Audit Associate with RSM US LLP from September 2008 to September 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting & Information Systems with a focus on Financial Reporting & Assurance from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting and Information Systems from the same institution.
