Amelie Martin is a dedicated and experienced summer analyst at BlackRock's SMA Solutions Product - Investment Operations Team since June 2024. As the Outreach Director for Women and Youth Supporting Each Other (WYSE), Martin engages with 8th grade girls at Ray Elementary School through teaching and mentoring while organizing outreach events and recruitment efforts. Previous roles include an investment management intern at Main Street Research, where Martin collaborated with portfolio managers on client-driven financial strategies, and a consultant at campusCATALYST, contributing to a strategic plan for Camp Kesem. Martin has also participated in prestigious externships and programs with Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group, and conducted research at the University of Chicago under John List. Academic pursuits include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, Human Rights, and Gender and Sexuality Studies from the University of Chicago.
