Lucille Leopardo-Tibbetts has worked as a Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management at BD from November 2008 to October 2019. Lucille currently holds the position of Principal Clinical Data Manager at Aperio Clinical Outcomes, starting in December 2019.

Lucille Leopardo-Tibbetts obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
