Lukas Marsalek is an experienced professional in production and logistics management, currently serving as a Member of the Leadership Team and Production and Internal Logistics Manager at Aperam since April 2017. Prior to this role, Lukas held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., from January 2009 to March 2017, including Value Stream Leader, Senior Warehouse Supervisor, and Internal Lecturer in Logistics, demonstrating expertise in lean production, internal logistics optimization, and team management. Lukas has a solid educational background, holding an Ing. degree in Business Economics and Management from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem and prior studies at Gymnázium Teplice.
