Ann Schalley has extensive experience in the field of payroll and compensation management, currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and Payroll for Belgium at Aperam since January 2008. Prior to this role, Ann Schalley held various positions related to payroll, including Payroll Manager in Genk and Business Consultant for Payroll. Ann Schalley's career began at SD Worx, where roles included Payroll Analyst and Payroll Advisor from February 2002 to December 2007. Ann Schalley holds a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from KU Leuven.
