Juan Jose Sicol has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Miembro del equipo diseño y desarrollo motocicleta de competición UPV at Proyecto Vera Moto Universidad Politénica Valencia in 2013. Juan Jose then worked as a Representante del alumnado and Miembro de la comisión permanente del DIHMA at Departamentoo de Ingenieria Hidráulica y del Medio Ambiente UPV from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they worked as a Técnico de Instalaciones at Becsa, where they carried out installations of A/C, air renovation and air conditioning systems, as well as high/medium voltage transformers for urbanization equipment. Juan Jose also worked on medium/low voltage transformers for distributing electrical energy. Juan Jose then took on the role of Responsable Comercial at People Geolocalization S.L. (Pikaband), where they developed and marketed products with NFC technology for emergency assistance.

From 2014 to 2016, Sicol worked as an English teacher, surf instructor, and leisure activities monitor at Aussie Surf Club. Juan Jose also worked as an Energy Auditor at GERMANIA DE INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS for a few months in 2016.

In 2017, Sicol joined Celestica as a Building Maintenance Engineer, responsible for facilities engineering, energy management, and maintenance. Juan Jose later became a Health Safety Supervisor, overseeing various aspects of ergonomics, health surveillance, safety in the work environment, industrial hygiene, and psychosocial exams. Juan Jose also reported KPIs regularly to corporate and reviewed objectives related to safety incidents.

Sicol joined ELECNOR in 2020 as a PV Engineer, focusing on photovoltaic projects. Juan Jose then worked at MarGruesa as a Staff Writer, contributing to written materials for the company.

Currently, Sicol is working at Apeel, starting as a Technical Field Specialist in September 2020 and later being promoted to Lead Technical Field Specialist in October 2021. Their responsibilities in this role include field support and technical assistance.

Juan Jose Sicol's education history is as follows:

From 2011 to 2014, Juan Jose Sicol attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering with a specialization in Energy Engineering.

In 2014, they also participated in a course called "Challenge of the Balance | Engineer Without Borders UK" at Centro para la Ciencia y el Medioambiente in Nueva Deli.

In 2011, Juan Jose Sicol received a Diploma in Education and Leisure Time from Escolta d'Estiu UPV.

From 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Quality, Environment, and Health Safety at Universidad Católica de Ávila, focusing on Quality Control and Safety Technologies.

In 2019, Juan Jose Sicol completed a training program in Project Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School, specializing in Project Management - PMP.

Juan Jose also possesses additional certifications, including advanced training in PVSyst from Universitat Politècnica de València (obtained in February 2019), a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English (obtained in 2014), and a TOEFL - IBT score of 104/120 from ETS (obtained in March 2019).
