Noel Osorio is an experienced engineer with a robust background in design for manufacturability and computer-aided manufacturing. Currently serving as a DFM Engineer at APCT since October 2018, Noel specializes in translating and processing ODB and Gerber data and performing design rule checks. Previously, Noel held the position of CAM Engineer - Group Leader at Sanmina from November 2002 to October 2018, training and certifying CAM operators while also processing Gerber data. Additionally, Noel worked as a CAM / NC Programmer at Hadco Corporation from March 1992 to November 2002, focusing on NC programming for drill and rout machines. Noel holds an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Cabrillo College and a certificate in Machine Shop Technology from the Philippine College of Arts and Trades. Further education was completed at the Technological University of the Philippines.
