Graham Tidball has extensive work experience in the parking services industry. Graham began their career as a Regional Manager at Central Parking System (UK) Ltd in 2007, where they managed the financial and service performance of 31 contracts in the South of the UK. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Head of Parking Services at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd, where they oversaw all non-railway/airport parking services and led a team of 10 direct reports. Graham was later promoted to Senior Head of Commercial Parking Services and then Director of Commercial Services. Currently, Graham holds the position of Operations Director at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for revenue generation, contract management, and strategic planning in the parking services industry.

Graham Tidball received a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Middlesex University. Graham attended the university from 1987 to 1991.
