Brandon Neal is a seasoned political strategist and executive with extensive experience in campaign finance and political consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director and Political Strategist for APCO Worldwide since May 2020, Brandon also holds a board position with the Smithsonian Institution Libraries and leads Pylorus Strategies as Founder and CEO. Previous roles include National Political Director for the Democratic National Committee and various leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Transportation, including Director of Small Business and Senior Advisor. Brandon's early career included pivotal roles at the Presidential Inaugural Committee and Obama for America, along with significant contributions to the Democratic Governors Association and the NAACP. Brandon holds a Master of Public Administration from Howard University and has additional education from American University.
