Head Of Business Systems at APC Overnight

Sean Stanley has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Sean started their career as a Programmer at Systems Designers International, working on programming in Ladder Logic and Fortran for nuclear and process control industries. Sean then moved into configuration of SCADA based management systems.

In 1989, they joined Bass Brewers Ltd. where they worked as a Project Manager and Project Office Manager. Sean was responsible for business analysis, project management, and implementation of ERP systems.

Sean joined barbox in 2000 as an e-Technology Project Leader, providing online ordering solutions to customers in the hospitality marketplace. Sean later became the B2B Solutions Manager, focusing on platform development and supplier integration.

In 2002, barbox merged with PubServe and Sean continued to work as the Head of Technical. Sean was responsible for web solution development, back end integration, and hosting of web-based solutions.

In 2008, they joined iTradeNetwork Ltd. as the Head of Technical for the UK platform. Sean retained pre-merger responsibilities and reported to the Finance Director.

Sean worked as the Head of Development at iTradenetwork Ltd. from 2012 to 2013, delivering the next generation of the platform. Sean then transitioned to the role of Major Projects Consultant - Pre-Sales.

Sean currently works at APC Overnight as the Head of Business Systems. Sean manages the support and development of systems and project management of large-scale Business Systems projects.

Sean Stanley completed their education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Business School - Nottingham Trent University, which they pursued from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics with Computing from the University of Surrey, attending from 1981 to 1985. Sean's earlier education includes studying at Dudley College of Technology from 1979 to 1981 and completing their high school education at Hagley R.C High School from 1974 to 1979. Note that no degree or field of study is specified for their time at Dudley College of Technology and Hagley R.C High School.
