Michael Lampshire is an experienced legal professional specializing in private investment funds, with a focus on private equity, real estate, debt, and infrastructure funds. Currently serving as Head of Funds Legal and Legal Counsel at Apax since December 2018, Michael previously held the role of Director, Funds Legal at Actis from June 2015 to December 2018 and worked as Legal Counsel at Campbell Lutyens from September 2013 to June 2015. Earlier in the career, Michael was an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from February 2008 to September 2013.
