After a significant career in hospitality management, starting her journey in an entry-level role then developing to restaurant management, Pamela decided to go back to studying to follow her passion for people. She joined the Apata team in 2018 after an HR role in the public sector; initially taking on a role to lead the HR for the Katikati site, and then supporting the Orchards and Developments function.
