Sophie Maillard currently serves as Directrice adjointe pôle adulte at Fédération APAJH, a position held since August 2019, overseeing various support services including ESAT, SAVS, and SAMSAH. In addition, Sophie holds the role of Adjointe de direction at GNCRA, where responsibilities include training caregivers in the Le Havre area. Previous experience includes the role of Coordinatrice intervenants pivot/PCPE at Centre Ressources Autisme Normandie Seine-Eure from September 2013 to August 2019 and as Éducatrice spécialisée at UMOSTED / CRA until February 2016. Sophie’s career began at APEI de la Région Dieppoise, serving as Educatrice spécialisée and subsequently as coordinatrice Autisme for 16 years. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in social care and autism, including the CAFERUIS, DU Autisme, and DEES, along with ongoing training in autism.
