Yasser Tousson, CPA, serves as the Managing Director of Finance at Apache Egypt Companies since 1990, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, joint ventures, contract administration, audit, and tax functions. Significant experience includes negotiating concession and gas sales agreements as well as settling disputes with the National Oil Company. Prior to this role, Yasser worked at Arthur Andersen - Shawki & Co from 1984 to 1990, where expertise in auditing and accounting was developed while supervising teams of audit staff. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Investment Banking and a Master of Public Administration in Accounting/Public Administration from The American University in Cairo, along with a B.Sc. in Commerce from Cairo University and a Modern Accounting Certificate.
