Melinda Bance is an experienced professional in leadership and capability development, currently serving as the Head of Leadership and Capability at APA Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Melinda held positions such as Senior Consultant at shilo.people and Human Resources Consultant at Citadel Health, where expertise was applied in learning and development strategies and employee engagement. Melinda's extensive background includes key roles at Allianz Australia as General Manager of Learning & Development and at Westpac Group, where responsibilities spanned capability strategy and L&D remediation projects.
