Justin Gan currently serves as the Planning Team Lead for the Victoria and New South Wales regions at APA Group, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Justin was a Senior Maintenance Scheduler at APA Group from November 2017 to July 2019 and worked as a Maintenance Coordinator at Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd from July 2013 to November 2017, focusing on operations maintenance for the refinery's acid plant and recovery units. Justin also held roles as a Reliability Engineer and RCM Facilitator, driving reliability improvements and serving as the refinery’s RCM focal point. Earlier career experience includes a position as Equipment & Process Engineer at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included new product technology transfer, equipment maintenance, and project management. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and both a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
