Andrew Mearns has a strong background in project management and financial analysis. Throughout their career, Andrew has held various PMO roles in different companies, handling budgets ranging from £6M to ~£250M. Andrew has experience in providing standard PMO services, managing portfolios, developing finance reports, and overseeing resource planning. Mearns took a sabbatical from work to recover from an illness and care for family during the Covid pandemic. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business in Operations Research from the University of Southern Queensland.
