Shon Hillel is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in reception and management roles. Currently serving as Chefe de Receção and previously as Sub Chefe Receção at AP Hotels & Resorts since May 2021, Shon has amassed diverse experience in the industry, including ownership at Benji’s Bar since March 2019. Shon’s prior positions include roles as Recepcionista at Balaia Golf Village and AP Hotels & Resorts, as well as bartending and restaurant management at various establishments. Shon holds a degree in Hotel Reception from Escolas do Turismo de Portugal, completed in 2016.
