Kristen Hoefler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at AP Express Logistics, bringing over 20 years of multi-state/multi-site HR leadership experience. Prior to this role, she was the HR Leader at Ingram Micro Lifecycle and Americas HR Leader at Agility. Kristen also served as the Human Resources Manager at Straub Distributing. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
