Troy Daughtry has extensive experience in operations and vendor management within the customer care sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Vendor Management at Aon since January 2014, Troy focuses on overseeing external vendors and internal operations to enhance customer care services aligned with administrative agreements. Prior to this role, Troy was a Global Vendor Partner Manager at Aon, directing similar responsibilities. From June 2008 to January 2014, Troy held the position of Site Director at Synergy Solutions, Inc., managing daily operations of a call center with over 100 employees and providing leadership across various staff roles. Earlier experience includes serving as Disaster Housing Field Lead Coordinator at FEMA, where Troy led a team of 100 in executing housing programs. Troy is an honors graduate from Escambia County High School, achieving an advanced diploma from 1998 to 2001.
