Neale Kinnear currently serves as the Head of Behavioural Insights at Aon, focusing on the development of industry-leading products aimed at reducing road harm. Previously, Neale held various roles at Humn, including Head of Behavioural Science and Lead Behavioural Scientist, and spent over a decade at TRL in senior positions such as Head of Transport Safety and Principal Psychologist. Neale began career in academia as a researcher at the Transport Research Institute and as a lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Edinburgh Napier University, centered on the psychological aspects of novice driving, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
