Jose Iribas has over 25 years of extensive experience in finance and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Spain Business CFO at Aon since May 2013, Jose leads financial planning and analysis efforts, focusing on digital transformation and the creation of financial databases. Prior to Aon, Jose was a Partner and Collaborative CEO at IrBeA S.A., where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations and management of an 18-employee team with significant annual revenue. Additional experience includes working as an IT Senior Consultant at Accenture, where management of IT teams in financial services was a key focus, and as Chief Financial Officer at Radiovox S.A., handling all aspects of company finances. Jose holds degrees in Business Administration and Business Sciences from the Universidad de Barcelona.
