Christina Fernandes-D'Souza currently serves as the Global VP of Transformation Solutions within the Strategy & Technology Group at Aon since January 2025. Previously, Christina held the position of Vice President and Director of Data Science at Three Arc Advisory from 2022 to December 2024, focusing on advising established companies and AI startups on product and AI strategy, data governance, and risk management for C-suite executives. Christina also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for RevTech Labs, influencing innovations in digital mortgage platforms and cybersecurity for small and medium-sized businesses. At Spencer Stuart, from March 2019 to December 2022, Christina directed data science initiatives, building AI strategies firm-wide. Earlier roles included Lead Data Scientist at Zurich North America and positions at the Canada Revenue Agency. Christina holds a Master of Applied Mathematics in Actuarial Science from DePaul University, a BMath in Computer Mathematics from Carleton University, and a BSc in Mathematics from Goa University.
