Benjamin Ripps is an experienced executive in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Ripps Entertainment since May 2012, where the company specializes in high-quality representation for on-air talent, writers, directors, and production personnel. In addition to this role, Benjamin is the Owner and Senior Vice President of Life's Ladder since November 2007 and holds the position of Patient Care Manager at American Outcomes Management since April 2005. Previous experience includes ownership of Fresh Air Productions from September 2004 to 2008 and working as a Buyer at Mediavest Worldwide from 1999 to 2005.
