Mariano De Franco is a Junior Marketing Manager at a&o Hostels since September 2023, following a role as a Project Management Intern in Marketing (Events) at AiSight from September 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included organizing trade fair appearances and managing promotional activities. Prior experience encompasses an internship in the Marketing & Events Department at ITKAM - Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany, which involved event organization, business partner research, and content development for social media and SEO-optimized articles. Mariano holds a Master's degree in European Studies with a focus on social and economic policy analysis from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and has studied at Jagiellonian University and Università degli Studi di Milano, with participation in Erasmus Exchange Programmes in European Labour Law and International Relations.
