Katherine Bray serves as the Managing Director, Retail at ANZ, overseeing the banking experience for six million retail customers and the management of 7,000 colleagues. With extensive experience in various roles at ANZ, including leading digital transformation initiatives and the Customer Engagement Portfolio, Katherine has significantly contributed to the modernization of retail banking. Prior to ANZ, Katherine held leadership positions at EFG Hermes, driving corporate development strategies and operational enhancements across Gulf markets.
