Kadi Burns is a Senior Consultant in Organisational Design and Strategy at ANZ, a role held since November 2024. Previously, Kadi worked at Nous Group, advancing from Consultant to Senior Consultant from July 2021 to November 2024. An earlier position as an Analyst at NineSquared occurred from December 2020 to June 2021. Kadi also contributed as a Social Enterprise Consultant for the RARE Program in February 2020, providing strategic recommendations for social enterprises in Hanoi, Vietnam, as part of a scholarship program funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Kadi holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney Business School, completed in 2021, and has additional educational experiences at Sciences Po and UCLA.
