Arvind Kumar Gupta is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Tribe Performance Lead at ANZ since May 2010, Arvind Kumar Gupta leads the ISO20022 payments migration program across 30 countries and has held various roles including Lead Designer and Lead Business Analyst, specializing in payments solutions and cash management. Previously, at Virstra i-technology Services Limited, a subsidiary of Shinsei Bank in Japan, Arvind Kumar Gupta served as Assistant Vice President, focusing on technology planning and process reengineering. Early career experience includes a managerial role in manufacturing and merchandising at Arvind Mills Limited. Arvind Kumar Gupta holds an MBA from Cranfield University, a PGDGMT from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, and a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
