Anand Goyal has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the financial services and talent acquisition sectors. Currently serving as the Career Programs Manager and Lead Employee Journey Expert at ANZ since June 2013, Anand has also held positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Production Team Lead within the same organization. Prior to ANZ, Anand worked at Fidelity Investments as a Team Leader from October 2004 to November 2012 and at HSBC as a Process Specialist from February 2001 to September 2004. Anand holds a Master of Commerce degree from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli, earned between 1997 and 1999.
